Description : 1) The Department of National Defense, through the GAA FY 2024 with Advice of Sub-Allotment dated 20 January 2025 with Advice Nrs: 2200-2025-0054 and 2200-2025-0055 intends to apply the sum of ONE BILLION FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTEEN MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (PhP1,417,798,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of One (1) Lot Night Fighting System Capability Development for Philippine Army Major Units (PAMUs) and 11th Infantry Division, Philippine Army (11ID, PA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
