• Tender are invited for Procurement of One (1) Lot Military, Police and Security Supplies for RHQ, PRO 4A fo CY 2026

  Description : 1) The Police Regional Office CALABARZON, through the National Expenditure Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million One Hundred Eighty-One Thousand Pesos (Php 14,181,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of One (1) Lot Military, Police and Security Equipment for the Regional Headquarters, PRO CALABARZON for CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The Police Regional Office CALABARZON now invites bids for the abovementioned project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 180 calendar days. Bidders should have completed within three (3) years a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
  
  3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
