• Tender are invited for Procurement of One (1) Lot Military, Police and Security Supplies for RHQ, PRO 4A for CY 2026

  Description : 1) In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Police Regional Office CALABARZON, through the General Appropriation Act FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million One Hundred Eighty-One Thousand Pesos (Php 14,181,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of One (1) Lot Military, Police and Security Equipment for the Regional Headquarters, PRO CALABARZON for CY 2026. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Final Submission of Quotation.
  
  2) The Police Regional Office CALABARZON will engage in negotiations with a sufficient number of suppliers to ensure effective competition for the abovementioned project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 90 calendar days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
  
  3) This procurement shall be conducted through Negotiated Procurement (Two Failed Biddings) pursuant to Section 53 of RA No. 12009.
