The Mines and Geosciences Bureau , through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2022 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Six Hundred Thirty-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Twelve and 80/100 Pesos (PhP12,638,412.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for supply and delivery of Procurement of One (1) Lot Manning, Ship Management Services for the Maintenance and Navigation of RPS Explorer CY2022. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
