Description : 1. The Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG) through the General Appropriations Act of 2024 (GAA 2024) intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱1,500,000.00), being the ABC, to payments under the contract for the procurement of One (1) Lot Landline Service Subscription for the Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG) covering the period of 01 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 (P.R. No. 24-0008). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The GCG now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The bidder must be able to deliver, install, and operationalize the required landline telecommunication services on or before 01 January 2024, or 30 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The bidder must have completed a similar contract for the provision of telecommunication services solution for the past five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids.
