Description : 1) The Police Regional Office CALABARZON, through the National Expenditure Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Five Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Nine Pesos and Twenty-Seven Centavos (Php 20,543,529.27) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of One (1) Lot Fuel, Oil and Lubricant Products for the Regional Headquarters, PRO CALABARZON for CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Police Regional Office CALABARZON now invites bids for abovementioned project. Delivery of the Goods is required per month for a period of 365 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within three (3) years a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
