Scope of Works:
1. Provide Elevator Technician/s to conduct quarterly Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) of One (1) Unit Passenger Elevator located at the Aklan Prov-l Capitol Main Building and described as follows: Fuji Brand; Capacity: 900 kg
Three stops, with Fuji Controller VVVF FU JI 2100 C, 380V, Three Phase; Fuji Gearless Traction Machine; and SBW Series Automatic Voltage Stabilizer
2. Supply materials like relays, fuses, oil, grease, control wires, connectors, etc. and labor for the cleaning minor repair and adjustments of parts; greasing and oiling periodically of all its bearings and other accessories.
3. Provide recommendation/course of action on any repair, replacement of parts, or any adjustment not within the coverage of the regular PMS
