All particulars relative to eligibility check and screening, bid security, performance security, pre-bidding conference/s, evaluation of bids, post-qualification and award of contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

Interested bidders may submit their Letter of Intent (LOI) from December 04, 2023 to December 26, 2023 before 9:00 AM at the BAC Office thru this email: rtu_bac@rtu.edu.ph. Furthermore, the LOI should state the name of the company and the name of its authorized representative who will join the pre-bidding conference scheduled on December 11, 2023 at 9:00 AM. The last day of submission as well as the opening of bids will be on December 26, 2023 at 9:00 AM. All bids must be submitted before the prescribed time. All queries regarding the project should be addressed to the BAC in the abovementioned email address.
