FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) LOT OF BIOMETRIC DATA
CAPTURE SERVICES

1. The Philippine Postal Corporation, through the CY 2025 Corporate Budget approved by the Board of Directors of this Corporation, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 100,100,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of One (1) Lot of Biometric Data Capture Services. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Postal Corporation now invites bids for the Procurement of One (1) Lot of Biometric Data Capture Services. Delivery of the goods/services is required within One (1) year from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
