Description : The AMPE is a mandatory tool to monitor the health status of the employees by providing on-site services like routine diagnostic, screening and other ancillary procedures to ensure early detection and adequate treatment of any illnesses.

In line with the need to ensure a healthy and productive workforce - and pursuant to Section 15, Article II of the 1987 Constitution, which declares that “the State shall protect and promote the right to health of the people and instill health consciousness among them”- this program is implemented in compliance with Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 33, s. 1997, which mandates all NGAS and GOCCs to establish health programs for their employees, including free annual medical and mental health examinations.
