The Samar State University (SSU), through its Bids and Awards Committee, shall undertake Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement of the following items not available in the DBM-PS price list in accordance with Rule IV Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act. No. 12009 for the Procurement of Oil, Lubricants, and Petroleum/Gasoline for SSU Vehicles and other related Equipment (1-year) (Please see attached specification) with an Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) amounting to Php. 779,990.00.

Please quote your best offer for the item/s described herein, subject to the Terms and Conditions provided of this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
