Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF OIL AND LUBRICANTS FOR USE OF REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF VARIOUS RESCUE VEHICLES OF PDRRMC

1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac through the General Fund to apply the sum of Six Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Pesos Only (Php 679,760.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Oil and Lubricants for use of Repair and Maintenance of Various Rescue Vehicles of PDRRMC/ B-G-2025-130. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
