Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF OIL AND LUBRICANTS
(FOR STOCKING) FOR USE OF PROVINCIAL MOTORPOOL OFFICE
The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2025,
intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (₱ 447,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF OIL AND
LUBRICANTS (FOR STOCKING) FOR USE OF PROVINCIAL MOTORPOOL
OFFICE with Procurement Reference No. G-2025-0037 Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required within THIRTY (30) DAYS after receipt of the Notice to
Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the procurement project with an
amount of at least TWENTY FIVE PERCENT (25%) of the Approved Budget for the
