INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OFFICE/IT
EQUIPMENT FOR SOCIAL BEHAVIORAL CHANGE
ACTIVITIES
1. The Local Government Unit of San Julian through the HPG-Trust Fund intends to
apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Forty-Eight Pesos & 73/100
Only (Php166,048.73) being the ABC to payments under the contract for
Procurement of Office/IT Equipment for Social Behavioral Change Activities with
Project No. Oct-2025-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of San Julian now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders
should have completed, within Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt
of bids, a contract similar to the Project which is 50% of the ABC of this project. The
