1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Cotabato Sanitarium and General Hospital, through its Bids and
Awards Committee, invites PhilGEPS registered, technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers to
participate in the Negotiated Procurement forthe Procurement of Office Supplies,in accordance withSection
53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of the Republic Act No. 9184.
2. Cotabato Sanitarium and General Hospital, through its Local Bank Account, intends to apply the sum of
One Million Four Hundred Two Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos and Eighty Centavos
(PhP1,402,395.80), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the
Negotiated Procurement for the Office Supplies.
3. The BAC will engage in negotiations with a sufficient number of suppliers to ensure effective competition.
