Description : The Police Regional Office 8 (PRO 8) through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to undertake the “Procurement of Office Supplies for the Regional Headquarters” with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Six Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Two Pesos and Forty Centavos (PhP689,822.40) through Small Value Procurement, in accordance with Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A. No. 12009, or the New Government Procurement Act.
