PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE SUPPLIES

1. The Paniqui - on Elementary School Division of Cadiz City, advertised/posted the invitation to Bid/Request for Expression of Interest of the Provision of Procurement of Office Supplies, used at the PhilGEPS, the Division Website and a conspicuous place in the premises of the Department of Education, Division of Cadiz City.

2. Upon invitation (PhilGEPS Ref. No. 12087091), no bidders purchased the bidding documents and participated on the scheduled Opening of Bids last August 20, 2025.

3. Section 35. 1 (a) of the Revised IRR of R. A. 9184 provides that the BAC shall declare the bidding a failure when no bids are received;
