* PHILGEPS REGISTERED, WITH TAX CLEARANCE, BUSINESS PERMIT SECURED IN CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY
* WILLING TO DELIVER IN KAMAKAWAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY W/OUT ADDITIONAL CHARGE
* ALL PROCUREMENT IS SUBJECT FOR BIR WITHOLDING TAX
* DAMAGED ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED/REPLACED UPON FULL INSPECTION BY THE SCHOOL INSPECTORATE TEAM
* KINDLY PROVIDE TIN NUMBER, INDICATE VAT OR NON VAT AND CONTACT NUMBERS IN SUBMITTED PRICE QUOTATION
