Description : The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL SYSTEM - SOUTHERN MINDANAO CAMPUS intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN PESOS AND 46/100 ONLY (PHP 235,187.46) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to pay for the Project: Office supplies for the first quarter of CY 2025.

The budget for the above project shall be sourced from the 2025 General Appropriation Act (GAA) under Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) for Calendar Year 2025. Proposals beyond the ABC shall be automatically rejected during the Opening of Proposals.

The PSHS-SMC now invites qualified suppliers to submit price quotations for the above project with the following specifications:
