REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will Procure of Office Supplies for DARPO under SPLIT, in accordance with Section 34 of the implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.

Name of Project: PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE SUPPLIES FOR DARPO UNDER SPLIT

Approved Budget of the Contract: ₱ 471,997.50

Prospective bidders shall accomplish, provide correct and accurate information and submit the duly signed PRICE QUOTATIONS FORM (Annex “A”) not later than December 26, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. Open quotations may be submitted manually or through email at bacsecretariat.darposp@gmail.com and with office address at VENSU Building, National Highway, General Santos City.

Price Quotation/s must be valid for a period of thirty (30) Calendar days from the date of submission.
