Description : The Department of Education (DepEd) Calamba City, Lawa Elementary School, through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to procure OFFICE SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT for LAWA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.
The procurement will be conducted through the Alternative Method of Procurement, specifically Negotiated Procurement, as provided in Section 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

As such, you are invited to submit your establishment-s quotations/proposal duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than May 15, 2025 at 10:00 o-clock in the morning for the item described below, subject to the General Conditions provided at the dorsal portion of this request for quotation (RFQ).
