Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No.12009.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Municipality of Taytay Palawan or may call the Secretariat at 09177787746 from Monday to Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on November 27 - December 4, 2025 at Admin Office, Municipal Hall, Poblacion, Taytay, Palawan and upon payment of a nonrefundable applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB in the amount of Php5,000.00 to the Municipal Treasurer-s Office.
