Description : The Philippine National Police Health Service (PNP HS), through its Bids and
Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake Small Value Procurement, with an Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) amounting to Three Hundred Nineteen Thousand Eight Hundred Five Pesos and Forty-Six Centavos (PhP319,805.46) for the Procurement of Office Supplies in accordance with Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.

Quotations must be delivered at the Logistics & Procurement Division, 3rd Floor, PNP Health Service Bldg. Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City on or before 10:00 AM, November 26, 2025.

Your price quotation must be quoted in Philippine Peso and must include the unit price and total price, inclusive of all taxes to be paid if the contract is awarded.

All quotations must be type or written in indelible ink and must be placed in a sealed envelope marked “PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE SUPPLIES (RFQ NO. HS-017-2025)”.

Quotation shall be valid for ninety (90) calendar days from the Opening of Quotation.
