PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE FURNITURE AND FIXTURES

1. The Margosatubig Regional Hospital, through the GAA 2025 R.A. 12116 and PHIC / HOSPITAL INCOME intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos Only (Php 1,588,700.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Office Furniture and Fixtures with Project Reference No. MRH-060-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Margosatubig Regional Hospital now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods/ Services is required within 30 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within TWO (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
