1. The LGU Mankayan, through the SAIP NO.4, 2025 intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php487,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE FORNITURES,FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT FOR SOCIO CIVIC USE 0001, 2025 -Goods-0029 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
