Description : 1. The MUNICIPALITY OF DUPAX DEL SUR, through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of Php 459,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE EQUIPMENTS FOR THE MPDO . The ABC and description per lot are detailed as follows:

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPALITY OF DUPAX DEL SUR now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE EQUIPMENTS FOR THE MPDO . Delivery of the Goods is required with in the contract duration of Thirty (30) days upon receipt of Purchase Order (PO). Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
