Please quote your lowest price inclusive of VAT on the item/s listed below, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this RFQ, and submit or send your quotation/s duly signed by your authorized representative in a sealed envelope with quotation No. outside the envelope not later than December 19, 2025 at 9:00 AM to the BAC Office, DepEd, City Schools Division of Tacurong, Alunan Highway, Tacurong City. Opening of quotation will follow after the deadline. Quotation that exceeds the approved budget for the contract (ABC) shall be rejected.
