Description : The Pasay City Government - Business Permit and Licensing Office, and in accordance with the provisions of RA12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, intends to apply the sum of Forty Five Thousand Pesos (Php 45,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the project: “Procurement of Office Equipment Heavy Duty Air Cooler for the use of the BPLO” chargeable against the General Fund CY2025.
The Pasay City Government BAC now requests the quotation for the project: Procurement of Office Equipment Heavy Duty Air Cooler for the use of the BPLO. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of price quotations.
Please submit your duly signed quotations/proposals not later than December 17, 2025 at 10:00am for the item described above, subject to the Terms and Conditions provided with this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
