Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS OFFICE EQUIPMENT FOR DIFFERENT OFFICES OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF DAGAMI

1) The Local Government Unit of Dagami, intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos Only (₱678,700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), sourced from Capital Outlay 2025 to payment under the contract for Office Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Local Government Unit of Dagami now invites bids for procurement of Office Equipment. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 calendar days. Bidders shall have completed, at least 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

3) Bidding shall be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
