Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THEPROCUREMENTOFOFFICEEQUIPMENT
CONSUMABLESFORUSEOFTHEVARIOUSOFFICES/HOSPITALS
The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2025,
intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHTY
TWO PESOS AND 31/100 ONLY (₱ 938,082.31) being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE
EQUIPMENT CONSUMABLES FOR USE OF THE VARIOUS
OFFICES/HOSPITALS with Procurement Reference No. 2025-000957 REBIDDING.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 DAYS after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the procurement project with an amount
of at least TWENTY FIVE PERCENT (25%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract.

Section 11 (Instructions to Bidders).
