Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATION

1. The Local Government Unit of Roxas, Palawan, through the 2025, Supplemental Budget #2 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Four Pesos & 97/100 (Php 997,934.97) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES FOR DIFFERENT OFFICES OF LGU ROXAS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. Delivery should be done within 45 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.

3. Interested bidders/ suppliers may submit accomplished price quotations to the Bids and Awards Committee through its BAC Secretariat, LGU Roxas, Palawan, Palawan. The following requirements must be submitted together with the quotation: Mayor-s/ Business Permit, Philgeps Platinum Certification. Omnibus Sworn Statement shall be required to the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation before the issuance of Purchase Order/ Contract. Prices shall be quoted in Philippine Peso.
