Description : That the BAC of Balandra Elementary School hereby resolves to post in Philgeps for the Bidding of Office Equipment that is charged to school MOOE.

That the BAC has agreed to qualify the bidders according to the following conditions:

1. The supplier must be Philgeps registered
2. That this will be posted in a Public Bidding in Accordance with the GOP
3. That the Office Equipment will be allocated a certain budget per month stated as follows:
a. January - 0

c. March - 0
d. April - 0
e. May - 0
f. June - 0
g. July - 0
h. August - 0
i. September -0
j. October - 7,500
k. November -0
l. December - 0
4. That the total allocated budget for Office Equipment will be 7,500.00

7. That the winner of this bidding will be the sole contractor of Balandra Elementary School for Office Equipment for October 2025.
