Project Title: Procurement of Office Chairs
I. OBJECTIVE
The objective of this procurement initiative is to provide ergonomic, comfortable, and durable office chairs to support official meetings and daily office operations of the Bureau of the Treasury MIMAROPA Regional Office. Specifically, this procurement aims to:
• Provide eleven (11) conference chairs to match the specifications and design of the newly procured twelve (12)-seater conference table;
• Provide one (1) junior executive chair, slightly elevated and upgraded in design and functionality, to be used by the presiding officer during meetings for distinction;
• Provide one (1) executive chair to replace the old and worn-out chair currently used by the Deputy Officer of the Regional Office.
These procurements will enhance functionality, uniformity, and comfort, while supporting productivity during meetings and extended office use.
