1. The MUNICIPALITY OF DIVILACAN, intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THIRTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS (513,120.00) being the Approved Budget Cost (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE APPLIANCES USE FOR MAYOR-S OFFICE AND CONFERENCE HALL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
