Description : REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

The DEOGRACIAS P. PRINCESA MEMORIAL HIGH SCHOOL , through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure Office and School supplies and equipment that are semi-expendables for the official use and related program and activities , with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Hundred Thirty Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Five Pesos (Php 130,485.00) only, chargeable against ARAL Program and MOOE.

The procurement shall be undertaken through Small Value Procurement/Shopping, pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act (RA) 9184 and its 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

The items/supplies to be procured include, but not limited to:

a. Printers;
b. Laminating Machine;
c. Laminating Film;
d. Keyboards;
e. Wired Mouse;
f. Mouse Pad;
g. Inks
h. Industrial Fan 25"

Suppliers/Agency shall submit quotations on or before September 29, 2025, 12:oo NN to the BAC Secretariat, at Deogracias P. Princesa Memorial High School, Purok 3, Ranao-Ranao, Ligao City or through electronic mail.
