PROCUREMENT OF OFF-SITE COLLECTION, TRANSPORT AND DISPOSAL OF RESIDUAL WASTE-EPA
(BRGHGMC-GS-2025-23)
1. The Bicol Region General Hospital and Geriatric Medical Center (BRGHGMC), through the NEP CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION FIVE PESOS ONLY (PHP 4,000,005.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for BRGHGMC-GS-2025-23: Procurement of Off-site Collection, Transport and Disposal of Residual Waste - EPA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bicol Region General Hospital and Geriatric Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Commencement of Work is required within five (5) months upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
