Procurement for the Off-Site 2025 Annual Physical Examination for DOT Officials and Employees in the Central Office (Permanent/Job Order Personnel)
DOT-BAC IB NO. 2025-010

1. The Department of Tourism (DOT), through the General Appropriation Act 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Pesos and 09/100 (PhP2,846,670.09) inclusive of applicable taxes, being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement for the Off-Site 2025 Annual Physical Examination for DOT Officials and Employees in the Central Office (Permanent/Job Order Personnel) (DOT-BAC IB NO. 2025-010). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DOT now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for a period of two (2) months. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
