Description : 1. The Office of the Chief Minister, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (OCM-BARMM), through the General Appropriations Act for the Bangsamoro 2023 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Seven Million One Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Pesos (PHP 27,126,300.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of OCM Data Center Facility and Centralized Network with Integrated IP Telephony System.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The OCM-BARMM now invites bids for the Procurement of OCM Data Center Facility and Centralized Network with Integrated IP Telephony System. Delivery of the Services is specified in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within three years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
