INVITATION TO BID FOR

Procurement of Obstetric Delivery Table with Stirrups

1. The Municipal Government of Maydolong, Eastern Samar, through the MHO Capital Outlay, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty Thousand (PhP160,000.00) Pesos Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Obstetric Delivery Table with Stirrups/MHO-188-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Maydolong, Eastern Samar now invites bids Procurement of Obstetric Delivery Table with Stirrups. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 Calendar Days upon issuance of NTP/PO. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
