Name of Project: Procurement for the Oath Taking of Newly Hired Appointed and Pro-moted Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel - Meals

Sir/Madame:
1. The Department of Education Schools Division of Oriental Mindoro thru its Bids and Awards Committee invites all interested and legitimate bidders to participate in the abovementioned activity, taking into consideration the following:

2. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Six Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred (Php 627,200.00) pesos only.

3. Any quotation/bid amount submitted exceeding the ABC shall automatically be reject-ed. Awarding is per lot/package basis and not on unit cost. Note: Prices must be quoted in Philippine Peso inclusive of all taxes to be paid and other incidental cost to the de-livery site/s if the contract is awarded.
