1. The Department of Education - Schools Division of San Juan City, through the authorized appropriations under SUB-ARO NCR-25-02-061, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand One Hundred Twenty Pesos (PhP 4,377,120.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF NUTRITIOUS FOOD PRODUCTS FOR THE SCHOOL-BASED FEEDING PROGRAM (SBFP) FOR SY 2025-2026.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
