PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY
OF NUTRITIOUS FOOD PRODUCTS FOR SCHOOL BASED FEEDING PROGRAM FOR NLC FY 2025

1. The Department of Education Schools Division of Ormoc City (DepEd Ormoc), through the FY 2024 Government Appropriations Act (GAA), intends to apply the sum of One Million Seventeen Thousand Six Hundred (PhP1,017,600.00), being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of the Supply and Delivery of Nutritious Food Products for School Based Feeding Program for NLC FY 2025 with Sub ARO No. RO 8-24-0290 and Contract ID PR25-02-25-063 to wit:

Bids received more than the ABC per unit/lot, (per Section VI on Schedule of Requirements), as well as the total ABC shall be automatically REJECTED at BID OPENING.
