1. The Department of Education (DepED) DIVISION OF SULTAN KUDARAT, through the CY 2024 Government Appropriations Act (GAA), intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Fifty-one Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (P1,251,600.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to eligible payments under the contract for Procurement of Nutritious Food Products-Iron Fortified Rice (IFR) for Hot Meals for the Implementation of School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) for SY 2025-2026. UNDER REPUBLIC ACT 12116-FY 2025 GAA. Bids received that exceed the ABC shall be rejected at bid opening.
