Serving Size : 2 pcs Small- large Sizes per pack
The quality of the shell must be rough, clean, no signs of crack, foul smell. Individually pack in paper board/polystyrene cases/food-grade plastic pouches. Packaging must indicate the date of harvest. The date of expiration should be at least 25 days from the date of delivery.
The prospective bidder shall attach the certificate of distributor upon submission of bids/ quotations. Provide samples for sensory evaluation and acceptability test.
Delivery Schedule: Every Monday as per approved cycle menu schedule.
