Terms and Conditions:

1. All items must be delivered in good condition (free from rust, dents, holes, any form damage) to LGU Hernani, Brgy. Canciledes, Hernani Eastern Samar, within twenty (20) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to proceed, without extra cost to the government.
2. Price quoted must be inclusive of all charges acceptable by law.
3. Cash on delivery is not allowed
4. Price validity shall be for the period until the delivery of the above-named items.
5. Each kit shall be individually packed to facilitate esay and fast distribution.
