Description : WHEREAS, Darumawang Bucana Elementary School Bids and Awards Committee agreed to pass a resolution for the payment of non-common office supplies to be use in school as per approved Purchase Request Number 101-2025-02-002 dated February 10, 2025.
WHEREAS, the said non-common office supplies is badly needed in school of which the approved total budget is Eighty Thousand Six hundred Seventy-Five Pesos Only ( Php 80,675.00).
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of ALUSTE E. ABOBO duly seconded by REBECCA B. DEL ROSARIO, Resolve as it is hereby Resolved to recommend for the procurement of the above-mentioned purposes to the Head of Procuring Entity through Alternative Mode of Procurement by way of Shopping.
