Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR NIAXI-CCAW-2022-02

1. The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office XI, through the GAA-CCAW Funds of CY 2022 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Three Million Six Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Eight Pesos & 69/100 (Php 33,666,738.69) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for AUTOMATION OF STEEL GATES FOR LUPON IRRIGATION SYSTEM under NIAXI-CCAW-2022-02 located at Lupon, Davao Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

2. The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office XI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 180 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
