Enriched Bread - Malunggay Variant good for 2118 beneficiaries for 6 days
Serving Size: 40-50gms x 2 pcs per pack
Bread received in good condition, not expired, no signs of molds, no foul smell and soft in texture. Expiration date should be at least 5 days from the date of delivery. Individually packed in food-grade plastic pouches. The packaging must clearly and and readably indicate the Manufacturing Date and the Expiration Date. There must be an imprinted sign per pack which indicates "DepEd-SBFP,NOT FOR SALE"
MINIMUM AMOUNT PER SERVING.
Energy-250-504, 0-7 g Saturated Fat, 0-9 g Protein, Less than 10-25g Sugar, less than 120- 200mg Sodium
Should pass the sensory evaluation and acceptability tests.
