The Local Government Unit of Silago, Province of Southern Leyte, through the LDRRMF -SUPPLEMENTAL intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOS (P119,400.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF NEW FIRE EXTINGUISHERS AND REFILLING OF EXPIRED AND USED UNITS FOR ENHANCED FIRE SAFETY AND EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
