Description : 1. The Department of Science and Technology, through the General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2021 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Two Pesos (₱1,242,732.00) for being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Network Switches under MITHI (2nd Bidding) with Identification No. DOST-CO-PB-2022-08-006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Science and Technology now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required not later than Sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
